We accept returns and exchanges on damaged or defective items only. If you’ve received a piece that isn’t in the condition it should be, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographs of the issue and we’ll resolve it as quickly as we can.

Please note that minor variations in colour, weave, or print are inherent to handcrafted textiles and do not constitute a defect. We photograph every piece as accurately as possible, but the nature of the craft means no two pieces are identical.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
